Building your dream home can be an exciting experience.

What we need to establish first of all is where you are going to build? What area? What price range?

You'll need to spend time to find a block of land, and visit a display village. When selecting a home you must make certain that the shape and size of the land is suitable.

Once you have selected the land and the home you wish to build on it, you will need to pay \ a deposit to the land agent.

Your builder will then arrange soil tests, siting and site survey
Your builder prepares a total price tender and once you inspect the tender price you will sign documents and pay the builder their deposit.
Your builder will then proceed to do working drawings and building agreements.
At this stage you will need to provide your builder with a letter of finance approval (AAA Mortgage Solutions will arrange a Pre Approval certificate).
You will then sign the building agreement and colour selections (depending on the builders schedule)
Plans will be lodged to relevant councils for planning and building approval.
Final Drawings are then ordered.
Order materials (construction terms can vary due to climate condition).
AAA Mortgage Solutions will arrange to the builder approximately 6 progress payments (subject to the builder's requirements) during a construction of your new home.

Builder Deposit	$1500 (approx.)
1. Slab	15%
2. Brick work	20%
3. Frame	15%
4. Lock up	20%
5. Pre-paint	20%
6. Completion	10%

These (six) progress payments total 100% less your $1500 deposit already paid. All progress payments as per the Housing Industry building contract. The terms and conditions may vary slightly from builder to builder.
